Job DescriptionJob Title: School Counselor
Location: Dubai
Curriculum: CBSE
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic, personal, and career guidance to students.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to support students’ emotional and social development.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to identify and address student needs.
- Assist in planning and implementing student wellbeing--programs and activities.
- Maintain confidential records and prepare reports on student progress.
- Actively participate in school events, assemblies, and professional development programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related field.
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or Teaching License (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of school counseling experience in Dubai/UAE.
- Able to join starting April 2026 for the next academic year.
