Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Kindergarten department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.
- Mentor and support Kindergarten teachers in curriculum delivery and instructional strategies.
- Monitor student development and progress, ensuring a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate programs and activities.
- Coordinate with parents and teachers to address student needs and concerns.
- Actively participate in school events, assemblies, and professional development programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in Education or Leadership (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Early Childhood teaching, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role in Dubai/UAE.
- Able to join starting April 2026 for the next academic year.
