What you will own1) Project delivery (end-to-end execution)Build clear timelines and delivery plans for brochures, brand assets, digital creatives, videos, website updates, event collateral, and campaign materials.
Run weekly delivery check-ins and keep a live action list with owners and deadlines.
Track dependencies and unblock tasks fast (push, follow up, elevate).
Keep projects moving across teams without “waiting endlessly for replies.”
2) Quality Assurance (QA) + compliance controlReview brochures, ads, and video scripts before release to catch mistakes early (copy, numbers, layout errors, missing disclaimers, wrong specs, wrong messaging).
Ensure approvals are documented: who approved what, when, and which version.
Control versioning and file management (final files, editable source files, print-ready exports).
3) Vendor and supplier managementBrief vendors properly using structured briefs (objective, audience, references, stop wrong directions early using milestone reviews and “go/no-go” checkpoints).
Control scope and revisions: track rounds of edits, prevent endless change cycles, and coordinate printers, production suppliers, and other providers and ensure technical requirements are met.
4) Contract + scope pre-check (commercial safety)Review SOWs/contracts before signature and flag risks (unclear scope, unlimited revisions, missing milestones, weak acceptance criteria, IP ownership/source files, payment terms not aligned with delivery).
Summarize for leadership in simple terms: “sign / revise / reject” with reasons and proposed edits.
5) Campaign coordination + marketing metrics literacyUnderstand and summarize basic campaign performance (CPL, CTR, CPM, leads, lead quality feedback, conversion signals).
Coordinate creative requirements for campaigns (sizes, formats, landing page links, tracking/UTMs if applicable).
Share weekly reporting highlights and issues that require action.
