Speaking Specialist

Bulbul Arabic Speaking Classes helps learners speak Arabic confidently through real life, scenario based conversation.

We bridge the gap between “studying Arabic” and actually using Arabic in daily and professional settings. Our approach is practical, human, and culturally grounded. We support learners with guided conversation coaching that builds fluency, confidence, tone awareness, and cultural understanding.

Bulbul works with learners from diverse backgrounds and we hire Speaking Specialists from across the Arab world to represent dialect and culture with excellence.

We are hiring Speaking Specialists to coach learners in spoken Arabic through conversation led, scenario based sessions.

This is not a traditional teaching role. Speaking Specialists act as Dialect and Culture Ambassadors who guide learners through real conversations, correct with care, and help learners speak naturally with confidence.

Session based role (not full-time on-site)

• Lead 1 to 1 and small group conversation sessions using real life scenarios
• Coach spoken Arabic in dialect, not lecture grammar
• Support learners with English scaffolding when needed to clarify meaning and structure
• Provide culturally accurate guidance on expressions, etiquette, tone, and social cues
• Give feedback without interrupting flow, shaming, or overcorrecting
• Adapt to different learner backgrounds, goals, and emotional comfort levels
• Use voice notes and online platforms confidently (Whats App, Zoom, learning tools)
• Document progress and follow Bulbul’s session standards and quality approach
• Collaborate with the team to improve scenarios, teaching methods, and learner experience

• Coaching, mentoring, tutoring, or language exchange experience
• Arabic teaching experience (dialect friendly, conversation based)
• Public speaking, theater, facilitation, or any voice and expression training
• Customer service or hospitality background (tone awareness and people skills)
• Comfortable with online teaching platforms
