Regularity and compliance advisor

We are seeking an experienced “Regulatory and compliance advisor (Education sector)'' and to support us on a part-time consultancy basis.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience working with KHDA/ACTVET regulations, licensing requirements, and inspection frameworks within the education sector in Middle East.

• Lead and manage KHDA/ACTVET licensing applications and approvals
• Advise on regulatory compliance requirements for training institutes and education providers
• Ensure alignment with standards, policies, and quality frameworks
• Support documentation preparation for inspections and audits
• Review policies, academic structures, and operational processes for compliance
• Provide strategic guidance on regulatory matters and expansion approvals
• Liaise directly with regulators where required

• Proven experience working with KHDA/ACTVET (education or training sector)
• Strong understanding of education regulations and quality assurance frameworks in Middle East
• Experience with inspection preparation and documentation
• Ability to work independently and provide strategic advisory support
• Prior experience with new institution setup or license modification is preferred
• Experience with professional qualifications (ACCA, CFA, CMA, CPA), language schools, or vocational training providers will be an advantage

• Part‑time consultancy basis
• Flexible engagement model (retainer or project‑based)
