SMM Manager
We are looking for a SMM Manager to work with developer projects in the branded residences and luxury real estate segment. We operate in the international market and work with premium real estate brands and audiences.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute content plans in line with the approved strategy
- Manage and grow social media channels:
Instagram (key platform), Facebook, Linked In, You Tube - Develop and optimize SMM strategies aligned with business objectives
- Create detailed briefs for designers and the production team via Click Up
- Select references and participate in developing creative concepts
- Write social media copy (copywriters review, but content creation is the SMM Manager's responsibility)
- Work in Figma (adapting templates, placing copy, basic visual assembly)
- Community management: replies, engagement, communication according to brand guidelines
- Analyze performance, prepare reports, and work with KPIs (reach, audience growth)
- Monitor the real estate market (including UAE), competitors, and trends
- 1+ year of experience in SMM
- Proven experience working in real estate
- Experience working with developer projects
- Strong Figma skills
- Experience with video editing tools (Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Solid understanding of SMM metrics and KPI tracking
- English level B2-C1
- Strong portfolio with proven cases
- Experience working with the UAE real estate market
- Experience in luxury / fashion / premium segments
- Experience launching new projects or brands
- Experience working with international audiences
- Work with international developer projects
- Projects in the branded residences and luxury real estate segment
- Remote format
- 6/1 working schedule (Saturday is flexible, but availability is required)
- Salary discussed individually based on interview results
