• Cultivate a classroom environment that encourages mutual respect and active learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to enhance the curriculum and instructional methods.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other required data.
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with varying learning abilities.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities and cultural events related to the Arabic language.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and guardians about students' progress and needs.
• Stay updated with the latest language teaching methodologies and educational technologies.
• Prepare students for language proficiency exams and certifications when applicable.
• Participate actively in professional development opportunities to improve teaching skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language, Education, or a related field required.
• Previous teaching experience in Arabic language education is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic and familiarity with major dialects.
• Solid understanding of Arabic culture, history, and linguistic structures.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage diverse learners.
• Experience in developing and implementing effective language curriculums.
• Competence in using educational technology and online teaching platforms.
• Certification in language teaching or a related qualification is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
• Enthusiasm for participating in school community events and cultural programs.
