Position: Year 3 and Year 4 Teacher needed Aug/September 2026

Our client is an established school running for 40 years and has grown to have over 3000 pupils. The school is proud to be recognised and accredited by both Edexcel and Cambridge as an official exam centre and approved curriculum provider.

Positions available currently:
  • 1 x Year 3 Class teacher (7-8 year olds)
  • 1 x Year 4 Class Teacher (8-9 year olds)

Curriculum: follows the framework for the National Curriculum for England (NCfE). The NCfE provides an entitlement curriculum up to the end of Key Stage 3, which means that students in each age cohort will study the same subjects, regardless of their background, nationality or level of academic attainment. In Key Stages 4 and 5, the curriculum adds options to a smaller entitlement core.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Education for Intermediate & Senior phase to teach UAE Primary school children
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a teacher post teaching qualification
  • Good understanding of classroom activities and teaching best practices.
  • Must have a compassionate and positive attribute
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Acknowledge implementation of relevant technology.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and presentation abilities
IMPORTANT TO

NOTE:
  • Remuneration and benefits:

    monthly tax free salary of AED 7k for candidates with 2 years experience post qualification + visa, medical, arrival ticket with standard baggage allowance, annual ticket allowance and individual accommodation (all benefits for self only). Salary can go up to AED 8k if years of experience is 4 yrs plus.
  • Client does not provide relocation allowance but we will support candidates through the onboarding process, arrange their airport pickups and keep accommodation ready for them.
  • Candidates would be expected to get their documents attested and this would be at the candidate's own cost.
  • General responsibilities for teachers
    • Help the school achieve its shared vision.
    • Contribute to the strategic development.
    • Uphold our client's core values and competencies.
    • Abide by the Code of Professional Conduct and report any concerns about conduct to the Principal.
    • Abide by health and safety policies and regulations and ensure a good working knowledge of evacuation procedure.
    • Contribute to our client's improvement by setting relevant performance management objectives linked to the SDP.
    • Attend any training involving child protection and safeguarding, health & safety and performance management.
    • Dress professionally and appropriately, including during induction and CPD, and wear photo /lanyard at all meetings.
    • Comply with Computer / Online Use Policy (CUP) reporting any CUP violations to the Principal.
    • Attend any meetings and CPD in line with the requirements of the specific role and a week‑long staff briefing.
    • Carry out break and lunch duties, as directed by SLT, to ensure the safeguarding and welfare of children at all meetings.
    • Use the recognition attendance system daily in accordance with Ministry of Labour (MOL) regulations.
    • Use the recognition system to record absence from our client at anytime during normal working hours.
    • Abide by the requirements of the Leave of Absence Policy when requesting absence from work during term.
    • Safeguarding:
      • Ensure all students are safe, collaborate with lead teachers to recognise any health and safety issues and recommend solutions, and ensure all student activities are appropriate, safe and purposeful.
      • Co‑operate with colleagues to establish and maintain fair and consistent disciplinary practices in the classroom, around the school and on school trips, and taking active measures to protect students from all forms of abuse, including racist or sexist abuse, bullying, and any kind of corporal punishment to ensure positive well‑being inside and outside the class.
    Learning & Teaching
    • Planning lessons with considerations of students’ individual learning needs, their individual capabilities and preferences to enthuse and enable them to enjoy learning.
