Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and manage Learning & Development programs aligned with organizational objectives.
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop annual learning plans to support employee capability building.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives.
- Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations, reporting, and continuous improvement actions.
- Maintain learning records, training budgets, and ensure compliance with UAE national development initiatives.
- UAE National with minimum 4 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training roles.
- Strong experience in training needs analysis, program delivery, and learning evaluation methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
