Head of MoE

Overview

Cambridge International School Dubai is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of MOE for the upcoming academic year, commencing August 2026
. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative senior team, driving the strategic direction of MOE subjects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading continuous improvement in line with KHDA expectations and the UAE National Agenda
.

• Lead the strategic direction and quality of MOE subjects in alignment with KHDA requirements and UAE educational priorities.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and lead continuous improvement initiatives across MOE-related areas.

• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to implement school-wide strategies that support high-quality teaching and learning.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of safeguarding policies and procedures in line with school and regulatory standards.

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree (Arabic, Islamic Studies, Education, or a related field – Master’s degree preferred).

• Recognized teaching qualification (e.g.

B.Ed. or equivalent).

• Minimum of 5 years teaching experience.

• Minimum of 2 years officially documented leadership experience in a similar role (e.g. Head of MOE / Academic Supervisor).

• A UK-enhanced DBS or equivalent police check is a pre-requisite for all appointments (GEMS Education safeguarding requirement).
