Associate Trainer; Contractor
About Foreground
Foreground is a people and organizational advisory firm headquartered in the UAE, serving clients across the GCC and MENA region. We operate across three integrated practice areas:
Advisory, Learning, and Talent.
The Learning practice designs and delivers development experiences for leaders, managers, and teams across the region. We work with organizations that are serious about building capability, not just completing training hours.
The Network OpportunityForeground maintains a vetted network of independent trainers and facilitators who are engaged on a project basis when client mandates align with their expertise. Network membership is not employment. It is a professional partnership through which trainers gain access to client engagements while retaining the independence and flexibility of their own practice.
When a learning engagement within your area of expertise is confirmed, we will contact you directly to discuss content, logistics, format, and commercial terms. All engagements are subject to mutual agreement, with no obligation on either side.
