Primary & Early Years Learning Assistants

We are seeking passionate Primary & Early Years Learning Assistants to join our team in August 2026. As a Learning Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting teachers and creating a positive learning environment for primary and early years students.

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lesson plans and activities for primary and early years students.
• Provide assistance to individual students or small groups who require additional support.
• Aid students with classwork, homework assignments, and projects.
• Supervise students during various activities and ensure their safety.
• Assist in fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• Maintain effective communication with teachers, parents, and school staff on student progress.

• Qualification in Education such as Cache Level 3 or equivalent.
• Prior experience working with primary or early years students is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient and able to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Knowledge of child development principles and educational best practices.
• Ability to cater to individual student needs and facilitate their learning effectively.
