GEMS Education in Dubai has announced an exciting job opportunity for the position of Director of Inclusion. The role involves leading the school’s inclusion and inclusive education strategy, supporting students with diverse educational needs, and working closely with teachers and parents to ensure a fair and inclusive learning environment for all students.## Benefits

* Develop and implement the school’s inclusion strategy
* Support students with special educational needs and learning difficulties
* Oversee academic support plans, including Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Train teachers on best practices in inclusive education
* Collaborate with parents, educational teams, and specialists
* Monitor student progress and improve educational outcomes
* Lead the school’s Inclusion team
* Ensure compliance with GEMS Education policies and educational standards## Eligibility criteria
* Recognized qualification in Inclusion or Special Education
* Master’s degree in Special Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
* Minimum of 4 years of experience leading Inclusion or integration departments
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
* Experience in international schools or IB curricula is considered a strong advantage
* Commitment to the values of equity, diversity, and inclusive education
