Overview
Due to the continued success of GEMS Founders School Dubai, we are recruiting an Assistant Head Teacher - Inclusion for August 2026. As an Assistant Head Teacher - Inclusion, you will support the school’s vision to grow, flourish and succeed. Key Responsibilities- Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely intervention and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other department heads and school leadership to promote a cohesive educational experience.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Grow, Flourish & Succeed. - Hold a BEd or Bachelors degree in Special Education with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent.
- Experience in both primary and secondary settings.
- Creative and enthusiastic approach, both inside and outside the classroom.

- Proven track record of outstanding learning & teaching.
