About the Role

Are you a passionate educator who loves bringing language to life? English Path Dubai is expanding! We have recently launched our brand-new Arabic as a Foreign Language programme, and we are looking for a dynamic, student-centred Arabic Language Teacher to join our growing team.

In this role, you will deliver high-quality instruction to adult non-native speakers across a range of proficiency levels. • Dual-Dialect Delivery: Seamlessly teach both Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and Emirati dialect in line with course objectives.
  • Student-Centred Planning: Plan lessons that heavily focus on real-world interaction, balancing speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
  • Hybrid Flexibility: Deliver both face-to-face on our modern Dubai campus and online classes as required.
  • Shape the Department: Collaboratively develop academic resources, classroom materials, and curriculum structures for this growing programme.
Student Support & Assessment
  • Monitor student performance and provide constructive, regular academic feedback.
  • Conduct classroom assessments, progress checks, and level evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and detailed student progress reports.
  • Support adult learners in reaching their personal, academic, or professional language goals.
  • Follow curriculum guidelines and academic procedures established by English Path.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, standardisation activities, and professional development sessions.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our operations and academic teams to ensure smooth, premium programme delivery.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching Arabic to non-native speakers.
  • Proven track record teaching adult learners within a language institute, training centre, or university setting.
