The Psychology department is highly regarded among our student body for the care and personal support offered to students.

We are now looking for an innovative MYP/DP Psychology Maternity Cover Teacher to join this successful team, beginning on August 2026.

• Already located in the UAE and have your own visa.
• A Bachelor of Education degree, or an initial degree plus a relevant teaching qualification such as a PGCE, PGDE or equivalent specialism in Psychology.
• Advanced qualifications are preferred but not essential.
• A minimum of 3 years experience teaching Secondary/High School Psychology, ideally within an IB curriculum school, but this is not mandatory.
• A strong understanding of the IBDP framework and Approaches to Teaching is preferred.
• A strong desire to continually improve practice and deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences for students.
• The experience, personality and educational philosophy that align with a leading IB World School like GEMS World Academy.
• Availability from August 2026.
