MPM Production Executive

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Supervise digital and static media aspects across MAF destinations.
• Conceptualize and propose design concepts for new and existing media projects.
• Provide cost estimates, quotations, and feasibility studies.
• Keep clients informed about the progress of their campaigns.
• Ensure digital content and artwork adhere to local authorities’ guidelines and company policies.
• Execute clients’ campaigns according to signed agreements.
• Coordinate with promotions, media, and mall operations teams for documentation, design approval, and installation.
• Prepare and submit monthly occupancy reports.
• Identify, address, and expedite issues promptly to the department head when necessary.
• Explore potential revenue‑generating opportunities for the organization.
• Track maintenance‑related elements, troubleshoot, and process purchase orders following company procedures.
• Conduct quarterly inventory checks for all destinations in collaboration with the operations team.
• Update the rate card in the system by internal policies and procedures.

• Proficient in digital editing practices and up‑to‑date with industry developments.
• Well‑versed in content strategy, management, and digital planning.
• In‑depth understanding of current digital media trends.

• Experience:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the media industry.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Certifications are advantageous.
