Responsibilities of the Education Consultant:
Explain admission procedures and courses offered to prospective students and their parents through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
Identify and recommend the right course(s) and universities based on student profiles.
Support students throughout the admission process by answering queries and assisting with required procedures.
Maintain target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admissions and achieving performance goals.
Assist students in completing applications and guide them through eligibility and academic criteria (UCAS, Common App, OUAC, etc.).
Participate in the decision-making process for student admissions based on college policies and guidelines.
Engage in educational events, college fairs, information sessions, sales meetings, and recruitment activities.
Maintain regular communication with students, parents, colleagues, and external agencies to coordinate admission activities and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with high school counselors for admission activities, including student registration, testing, and recruitment, while building broad knowledge of college admission guidelines.
Create social media posts, articles, webinars, and participate in PR activities related to admission consulting.
Collaborate with all departments to support overall company growth.
Adhere to curriculum and training modules to support students transitioning from secondary to higher education.
