Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of curricula, training programs, and learning pathways.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual learning and development plans.
- Ensure learning materials, assessments, and training resources meet quality standards and organizational requirements.
- Monitor curriculum effectiveness through evaluations, internal reviews, and performance metrics.
- Develop competency-based learning frameworks and career development programs.
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify future capability requirements and workforce development priorities.
- Manage training delivery through classroom, practical, and digital learning platforms.
- Oversee learning quality assurance, curriculum governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop a team of curriculum specialists, trainers, and learning professionals.
- Support talent development, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives across the organization.
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Training Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Training Management, Talent Development, or Organizational Development are highly preferred.
- Strong experience in curriculum development, training program design, competency frameworks, and workforce development.
- Experience with in large corporate organizations, vocational institutes, training academies, government entities, or workforce development environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
