- Develop and implement teaching and learning strategies that align with the school’s curriculum objectives.
- Provide support and mentorship to teaching staff to enhance instructional quality.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to plan and execute growth initiatives for the campus.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the school’s academic and operational processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in the candidate’s teaching subject.
- Leadership qualification.
- Valid teaching licence.
- Clean police clearance.
- Minimum five years of leadership experience, including experience in Dubai.
- Experience with the American curriculum (Common Core preferred).
- Ability to work effectively in a 100% ESL learning environment.
