Teacher Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a caring, responsible, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Teacher. This role supports the lead teacher in caring for children up to 6 years old, ensuring a safe, positive, and nurturing environment.

• Assist the lead teacher in caring for children up to 6 years old.
• Support children's daily activities, learning, and development.
• Teach and encourage the use of the Arabic language through daily activities, stories, songs, and educational play.
• Assist with classroom organization and preparation of learning materials.
• Support children with personal care and supervision when required.
• Communicate professionally with parents and team members.

• Must be a GCC National and fluent in Arabic.
• Passion for working with young children.
• Patient, caring, and responsible personality.
• Previous experience in childcare, early childhood education, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
