• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, Engineering, Technology or a related field
• Minimum of five years’ experience teaching Science and/or STEM to primary and/or lower secondary students
• Teaching certification preferred

• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Solid knowledge of primary and lower secondary Science, ideally with familiarity with UK curriculum standards
• Proven ability to teach through hands‑on experiments, inquiry, investigation and real‑world application rather than textbook‑led instruction
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in STEM education, including coding, robotics, engineering design and age‑appropriate AI concepts
• Ability to differentiate instruction effectively for students aged 6–14 across a range of abilities and learning styles
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with both children and adults
• Creative, innovative and solutions‑focused mindset
• Openness to learning and implementing pioneering teaching methodologies
• Highly organised, flexible and adaptable with a commitment to lifelong professional development
