About the SchoolThis is a genuinely distinctive opportunity to join a premium international micro‑school in Dubai — a boutique learning environment that is redefining what personalised education can look like. Serving approximately 30–50 students across micro‑classrooms of just five to six children, this school is designed for families who want something more ambitious, more individualised, and more future‑focused than traditional schooling can offer.
The curriculum is broadly aligned with UK Science standards across primary and lower secondary years, but the philosophy here goes well beyond textbooks. Science is brought to life through experiments, inquiry‑based projects, engineering challenges, demonstrations and real‑world application. STEM — including age‑appropriate AI concepts, coding, robotics and design thinking — is woven throughout the programme, giving students a genuinely forward‑thinking education that prepares them for the world ahead.
WhatSort of Teacher Will Thrive Here
This role is not for the faint‑hearted — and that is precisely what makes it so exciting. You will thrive here if you are a creative, curious and deeply committed educator who finds the constraints of traditional schooling frustrating. Teachers who are energised by small groups, love the freedom to innovate, and can move confidently between scientific rigour and hands‑on exploration will find this environment extraordinarily rewarding.
If you have ever wanted to teach the way you truly believe children learn best, this may be the role you have been waiting for.
