Recruiting - Part time BTEC Learning Assistant
At DBSEH, we are looking to appoint enthusiastic, engaging, and committed part‑time BTEC Learning Assistant (3 full days per week) who have a proven track record of working with 16‑18 year‑old children and teaching staff.
Experience of the National Curriculum for England in the UK; with additional experience in an international setting is considered an advantage.
This role will play a crucial role in assisting students who require additional support, particularly in meeting deadlines and completing assignments. This position demands a high level of proficiency in English, as it is essential for maintaining the high standards required in BTEC coursework. Additionally, the ability to support young people who have English as an additional language is highly desirable.
Aside from experience, personality is very important; we look for inspirational support staff who leave a lasting impression on students for years to follow.
