Field Marketing Manager

Finanshels is looking for a high-energy, strategically-minded Field Marketing Manager to be the face of our brand across the UAE’s most influential startup and business ecosystems. This is not a desk job. You will be responsible for building high-impact relationships with incubators, co-working spaces, and quasi-government entities to drive brand awareness and high-quality lead generation.

The ideal candidate is a master of "The Room"—someone who knows the key players at Dubai Chambers, DIFC, and Hub 71, and understands how to turn a workshop or a PR moment into a scalable growth engine.

• Partnership Ecosystem:
  Secure and manage strategic alliances with key bodies including Dubai Chambers, DIFC, ADGM, Hub 71, and DTEC, ensuring Finanshels is the preferred financial partner for their communities.
• Event & Workshop Strategy:
  Design, end-to-end, a monthly calendar of founder-focused events, workshops, and seminars that position Finanshels as a thought leader in accounting and fintech.
• PR & Media Presence:
  Lead the local PR agenda, identifying speaking opportunities for leadership and managing relationships with local business media and influencers.
• Incubator & Co-working Integration:
  Establish a physical and digital presence within major hubs (e.g., WeWork, Astro Labs) through consistent activations and office hours.
• Webinar Program:
  Translate field insights into compelling digital content, hosting webinars that address the specific financial pain points of UAE-based founders.
• Lead Generation & Tracking:
  Work closely with the sales team to ensure every field activity is tracked via Zoho CRM, converting event attendees into active opportunities.

• Experience:
  
  3–5 years of proven success in field marketing, community management, or high-level event production. Direct experience working within or with chambers of commerce and startup incubators is highly preferred.
• Bilingual Excellence:
  Absolute fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory. You must be comfortable presenting and negotiating in both languages.
• The Connector Personality:
  You have an existing "Rolodex" of contacts within the UAE business landscape and a reputation for being a proactive collaborator.
• Founder-First Mindset:
  You understand the startup journey and can speak the language of early-stage founders and CEOs.
• Mobility:
  As this is a field-heavy role, a valid UAE driver’s license and a personal vehicle are required for frequent travel to various hubs across the Emirates.
