Role Summary

We’re looking for a Senior CRM Executive to own how we talk to our customers across their entire lifecycle. Sitting within the marketing team and working across Right Bite and Kitopi’s portfolio of brands in the UAE and KSA, you’ll design and run segmented, personalised automations and ad‑hoc campaigns across in‑app, push, email, Whats App, SMS and emerging channels. The goal: the right message, to the right customer, at the right moment – driving trial, conversion, retention and winback across our subscription and ordering base.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who lives in the data, sweats the detail, and can turn lifecycle thinking into flows that actually move the numbers.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and execute segmented, personalised CRM journeys and one‑off campaigns across in‑app, push, email, Whats App, SMS and new channels as they come online.
  • Design lifecycle automations across the full customer journey – onboarding, trial‑to‑paid conversion, engagement, retention, churn prevention, reactivation and winback.
  • Own segmentation strategy, building audiences off behavioural, transactional and lifecycle data rather than broad blasts.
  • Measure everything: set up clean test/control structures, track performance against clear KPIs, and report on what’s working and what to kill.
  • Partner with product and data teams to define new events, build new features into the CRM stack, and improve data flowing into the platform.
  • Apply best‑practice flow design, messaging frequency/fatigue management and channel orchestration so customers get a coherent experience, not siloed pings.
  • Prioritise and manage multiple campaigns and initiatives across two brands and two markets without dropping detail.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven hands‑on experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (e.g. Braze, Iterable, Clever Tap, MoEngage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar) – ideating, setting up and executing campaigns end to end.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with performance data, building segments, and interpreting results to drive decisions.
  • High attention to detail – copy, targeting, timing and QA are all flawless before anything ships.
  • Experience working with product teams to scope and implement new events, features and integrations.
  • A solid grasp of lifecycle marketing, flow design principles and measurement frameworks.
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation; able to run multiple initiatives in parallel and keep them all on track.
  • Experience in subscription, e‑commerce, food delivery or D2C businesses.
  • Familiarity with the GCC market and Arabic/English bilingual campaign execution.
