Responsibilities
- Deliver IELTS preparation classes for both Academic and General Training modules
- Teach all four core modules:
Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking - Assess students' language proficiency and provide constructive, actionable feedback
- Conduct mock tests and evaluate student performance to track progress
- Support students with specific exam techniques, strategies, and time management skills
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with IELTS standards
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate academic records
- Provide individualized support to help students achieve their target band scores
- Native-level English proficiency (both spoken and written)
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching IELTS
- Strong understanding of the IELTS exam format and scoring criteria
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Teaching certifications such as TESOL, TEFL, or CELTA
