Responsibilities
- Deliver dynamic, effective, and interactive intercultural, communication, and soft skills training sessions
- Adapt pre-prepared training materials to meet specific client needs
- Provide training in both virtual and face-to-face settings
- Communicate with international clients in a constructive and professional manner
- Apply a participant-focused coaching approach to facilitate learning
- Relevant qualification in intercultural, communication, and/or soft skills
- Minimum of two years of experience delivering training in a corporate environment
- Recent corporate experience in non-training roles
- Proven expertise in facilitation and learner-centered training
- Experience delivering both one-on-one and group sessions
- Proficiency with virtual training technology and digital tools
- Confident, enthusiastic, and easy-going personality
- Experience with blended learning methodologies and tools
