Admission Officer – Senior Admission Officer

As an Admission Officer or Senior Admission Officer you will be the first point of contact for prospective students and play a vital role in guiding them toward the right academic and career choices. This role requires strong communication, empathy, and a results‑driven mindset to ensure an exceptional student experience while achieving admission targets.

• Career Guidance & Counseling:
  Engage with prospective students and their families to understand aspirations and recommend suitable academic programs. Provide clear, comprehensive information that builds trust and inspires interest in our offerings.
• Student Lifecycle Management & Admissions:
  Manage the complete student journey—prospecting, counseling, admission, orientation, and ongoing support. Drive conversions by achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly admission targets. Oversee fee structures and ensure accurate management of the fee software for various programs.
• Compliance & Internal Processes:
  Adhere to institutional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions activities.
• Effective Communication & Engagement:
  Build strong relationships through timely follow‑ups both online and offline. Handle inbound/outbound calls and walk‑in inquiries with professionalism to maximize conversion rate.

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any domain.
• English communication is mandatory.
• Must have a valid passport.
