We are seeking dedicated and experienced Teacher Trainers with expertise in K-12 English Language Arts (ELA) or Mathematics. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in enhancing the knowledge and teaching effectiveness of educators utilizing our educational materials and solutions. You will develop and deliver interactive, comprehensive training sessions that empower educators to effectively implement our programs in their classrooms.
This role requires deep subject‑matter expertise, extensive knowledge of relevant curriculum standards, and proficiency in leveraging digital educational tools.
- Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars for K-12 teachers delivered both online and onsite.
- Develop, customize, and regularly update high‑quality training materials, presentations, and resources to meet evolving educational needs and standards.
- Tailor training content to address specific needs related to product implementation, effective classroom management, and development of educator soft skills.
- Revise and create new course materials to ensure alignment with training requirements, current educational standards, and best practices.
- Stay informed on the latest trends, research, and innovative practices in K-12 education, specifically within ELA or Math, to continuously enrich training programs.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and other internal teams to promote our educational products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong positive relationships with educators, school administrators, and key decision‑makers.
- Represent the organization professionally at conferences, seminars, and related industry events actively promoting our products and solutions.
- Proven teaching or training experience within K-12 English Language Arts (ELA) or Mathematics.
- Strong understanding of relevant K-12 curriculum standards (e.g., Common Core State Standards - CCSS, Next Generation Science Standards - NGSS, national curricula, CEFR where applicable) and related teaching methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, or a relevant subject area.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various educational technology tools.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating excellent planning, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities, with a capacity to engage diverse audiences.
- Flexibility to travel for onsite training sessions and adapt to short‑notice requirements.
- High degree of empathy and patience in addressing the diverse challenges faced by educators.
- Cultural awareness and adaptability to work effectively in diverse educational settings.
- Resilience under pressure and a strong commitment to meeting performance targets.
- Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is required.
- Possession of a valid driving license and own vehicle, with the flexibility to travel across multiple Emirates for onsite school training sessions.
