Skills- A recognised teaching qualification (B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE or equivalent)
- Experience of teaching the National Curriculum for England at Primary or Secondary level (KS1–5, depending on role)
- Strong subject knowledge and a track record of delivering outstanding teaching and learning
- A collaborative, innovative and reflective approach to education
- A passion for nurturing the potential of every student
