School Guidance Counselors work with students addressing their academic and developmental needs through both direct support and counseling programs.

Skills

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Counselling or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate about social working and results in non-technical language.
  • Recent knowledge and understanding of safeguarding.
  • The ability to use data effectively, to monitor and enhance student progress.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
