Salary and Benefits- Tax-free salary 14,000 AED per month depending on qualifications and experience (1,500 AED additional allowance for an HOD)

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or in a relevant subject specialization
- Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience (preferably in an international school)
- Experience or familiarity with the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum is strongly preferred
- Strong command of English (both spoken and written)
- Ability to use inquiry-based and student-centered teaching approaches
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Cultural awareness and ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues, students, and parents
