The School of Research Science is a thriving and popular international school for students aged 3-18. They opened their doors 25 years ago and have over 3000 students today. The student cohort is a diverse range of nationalities together with a high proportion of Emirati Nationals. The school is committed to excellence, inclusivity, and community.

They follow the British Curriculum from EYFS to KS5. The school offers modern facilities and focuses on mastery in literacy and numeracy, inquiry-based learning, critical thinking and problem-solving.

As a Science Teacher, you will teach Science across KS3 and Biology, Chemistry, or Physics to KS4 and KS5 and prepare the students for iGCSE and A level exams.

You will implement policies and practices that reflect the school’s commitment to high achievement through effective teaching and learning.

You will use data effectively to identify students who are underachieving and create and implement effective plans of action to support those students.

• PGCE and QTS / QTLS
• Degree in Science or related field
• Successful UK teaching experience in Science at secondary school level
• Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Science
• Proven track record of improving teaching and learning

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
