• Bachelor’s degree in Education or in a relevant subject specialization
• Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience (preferably in an international school)
• Experience or familiarity with the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum is strongly preferred
• Strong command of English (both spoken and written)
• Ability to use inquiry-based and student-centered teaching approaches
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• Cultural awareness and ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment
