- Bachelor’s degree in education or in a relevant subject specialization
- Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- 50% timetable for Economics.
- Managing a staff of 4 people.
- Minimum 3-5 years of HOD experience (preferably in an international school)
- No IB experience required, but HOD experience is required.
- Strong command of English (both spoken and written)
- Ability to use inquiry‑based and student‑centred teaching approaches
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
