Façade Inspector

Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Facade Inspector for a project-based role on a prestigious development located on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. This specialist position focuses on aluminium facade systems, working alongside multidisciplinary teams on a high-profile project.

• Inspect and monitor facade works with a focus on aluminium systems, curtain walling, glazing and cladding.
• Collaborate with Architecture and Civil teams to align design intent and execution.
• Review installations against specifications, drawings and quality standards.
• Identify defects, non-conformities and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with contractor and consultant teams to maintain quality across all stages of the project.
• Produce detailed inspection reports and documentation.

• Proven experience as a Facade Inspector on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong specialization in aluminium facade systems.
• Background in Civil, Architecture or Mechanical Engineering (non-HVAC).
• Experience working on both consultant and contractor sides.
• Knowledge of facade installation processes and QA/QC procedures.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and strong reporting capability.

• Experience working in the UAE or wider Middle East.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
• Exposure to well-known or landmark projects is highly desirable.
