Field Service Executive

Our client is hiring a Field Service Executive for a leading organization operating in the maritime services industry.

The role is responsible for executing onboard service, installation, and maintenance activities on vessels, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and strong customer coordination.

This position reports to the Service Management team and involves frequent fieldwork in maritime environments.

(Field-based vessel assignment)

• Perform field service, installation, inspection, and maintenance activities on onboard connectivity and communication equipment.
• Prepare and maintain accurate service reports, installation records, and maintenance documentation.
• Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines and defined scope of work.
• Coordinate directly with customers to ensure smooth execution and successful completion of assigned activities.
• Work closely with internal support, operations, and project teams to resolve operational issues.

• Prior experience in maritime, offshore, or vessel-based service environments (preferred).
• Good understanding of equipment setup, system configuration, and general administration.
• Experience working with yachts, commercial vessels, or military vessels is an advantage.
• Exposure to multinational customers is preferred.
• Experience in ME countries such as UAE or KSA is desirable.
• Strong commitment to quality and compliance with procedures and safety standards.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under time pressure.
• Physically fit to work in offshore and maritime environments, including lifting heavy equipment and accessing confined spaces.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Proactive approach to learning, self-development, and knowledge sharing.
• Flexible and willing to perform additional tasks as required.
