Ensure the Contractor performs work and material inspections in compliance with specified requirements.

Conduct random check up on site to ensure that the materials used are as per the approved control samples.

Verify and review of Quality KPIs from Contractors.

Verify and ensure that no works are proceeded at site without an approved materials and shop drawings.

Review Existing finishing materials currently used by the ongoing projects and highlight any quality issues in the used materials to avoid using the same materials in the future.

Review and approve all type of mock-ups and properly log any changes of Materials/Finishes.

Monitor compliance of the project with the project specific plans, contract requirements, specifications, drawings, Method Statements, ITP’s etc.

Review and monitor the status of NCR's, raise internal NCR's as appropriate, assist the project team in investigating root cause of NCR's, recommend corrective actions and verify the required actions have been taken.

Ensure the project team conducts testing as per the contractual requirements; monitor the calibration of measuring and testing equipment.

Support and advice the project team on the preparation of Method Statement, ITP’s and Material Submittals.

Review, monitor and advice on project mobilization and completion plans.

Monitor and ensure effective implementation of the quality management system and policies across the project.

Manage project specific audit programmes; carry out audits on Consultants and Contractors.

Attend project review meetings and project quality meetings.

Maintain effective communication with the project teams on all quality related matters.

Deliver quality training programmes to Consultants and Contractors; ensure that project team has received appropriate quality training and understands the quality requirements.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Construction industry

Conversant with international quality standards such as ISO 9001
