Plant Engineering Head

Experience Required

• Minimum 10 years experience in leadership position in plant engineering and maintenance in chemical manufacturing or chemical processing plant.
• Preferred if experience is in polymer resins manufacturing or paints manufacturing industry.

B.Tech - Chemical engineering or similar field.

• In charge of complete plant maintenance and engineering projects.
• Lead team of engineers, supervisors and technicians.
• Plan and execute engineering projects.
• Upgradation of existing plant and new expansion projects.
• Spares management and planning.
• New engineering and maintenance vendor development.
• Reduce plant related costs by introducing new technology and upgrade equipment.

• Company to provide work visa (renewable every two years).
