• Implement and oversee QA/QC processes for construction projects.
• Conduct material testing, non‑destructive testing (NDT), and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain accurate documentation and generate quality reports.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Inspect materials, equipment, and work processes to maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct quality audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise site activities, ensuring work meets approval criteria before project milestones.

• Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction methods.
• In‑depth knowledge of QA/QC techniques, including NDT and material testing.
• Familiarity with industry standards and codes (ISO, ASTM, ACI, local building codes).
• Proficiency in quality management systems and quality audits.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Capability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
