We are seeking experienced BIM Modelers across HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and ELV disciplines to join our Dubai office. The successful candidates will support multidisciplinary engineering teams by developing coordinated, accurate, and high-quality BIM models for high‑rise, commercial, mixed‑use, and large technical projects. These roles require strong Revit proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast‑paced design environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop detailed Revit BIM models for HVAC, plumbing, electrical power/lighting, and ELV systems, depending on assigned discipline.
- Prepare coordinated routing, equipment layouts, riser diagrams, and interface points.
- Translate engineer redlines, sketches, and markups into fully developed BIM elements.
- Ensure all modeling complies with Meinhardt BIM standards, project BEPs, and ISO-based workflows.
- Participate in clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks.
- Maintain updated model versions, sheets, schedules, and quantities throughout DD, IFC, and tender stages.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines to ensure system alignment.
- Support QA/QC checks to validate model accuracy, buildability, and compliance with authority requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant BIM modeling experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or ELV systems.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Prior experience working on high‑rise, commercial, mixed‑use, or large technical projects in the UAE or GCC.
- Strong understanding of MEP coordination principles and typical construction sequences.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time‑management skills.
- Experience in a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650, BIM workflows, and digital delivery processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet fast‑track project deadlines.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and committed to high‑quality design output.
