Description:
Stantec is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic UAE National Civil Engineer to join our team on a water infrastructure project. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to begin their careers in a dynamic and impactful field.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the inspection and supervision of civil works related to water infrastructure projects.
Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Support senior engineers in reviewing technical drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
Conduct site visits and prepare daily inspection reports.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality execution of works.
Learn and apply relevant codes and standards related to water and civil engineering.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
UAE National (Emirati) – mandatory.
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of internship/training experience.
Strong interest in water infrastructure and public utility projects.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.) is a plus.
