We are seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead design delivery for large, complex multidisciplinary building projects in the Middle East while providing technical leadership during bidding and work‑winning phases. The role defines scope, ensures quality, aligns with client expectations, and drives design excellence and innovation.

• Lead multidisciplinary design teams for major building projects.
• Define, monitor, and manage scope, deliverables, timelines, and authority requirements.
• Ensure design quality, integration, and compliance with QA/QC protocols.
• Chair technical coordination meetings with clients, authorities, and internal teams.
• Oversee BIM coordination and resolve clashes.
• Maintain deliverables and compliance registers for audit readiness.
• Drive design excellence and innovation across all project stages.
• Provide technical quality & scope for bids, develop fee models, and price assumptions.
• Engage in RFP review, shape technical responses, and lead technical discussions during pre‑bid stages.
• Governance & approvals: technical sign‑off on scope, pricing, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Bid Manager to align technical content with bid strategy.
• Contribute to technical narratives, win themes, and value propositions.
• Guide discipline leads and SMEs to maintain technical consistency.
• Coordinate with governance functions for approvals.

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline;
  Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• 12-15 years of experience delivering large, complex multidisciplinary building projects in the Middle East.
• Proven track record in design management, team leadership, and work‑winning.
• Strong technical knowledge across building systems and coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
