A leading MEP contractor in Dubai is seeking a QA/QC Mechanical Engineer with a strong track record in high-rise building projects
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, documenting, and verifying mechanical installations, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, quality procedures, and authority approvals.

• Perform QA/QC inspections of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems
  .
• Review method statements, material submittals, shop drawings, and ensure site works align with approved specs.
• Generate and maintain Inspection Requests (IRs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and quality records.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and internal project teams for snag closure and final handover.
• Supervise pressure testing, flushing, chlorination, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Participate in authority inspections (DCD, DM, DEWA) and ensure compliance.
• Track all QA/QC documentation and assist in preparing handover files and O&M manuals.

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (required).
• 5 years of dedicated QA/QC experience on MEP high-rise projects in Dubai or wider UAE.
• Familiarity with UAE authority procedures
  , codes, and approval systems.
• Must have completed at least 2 full-cycle mechanical MEP projects from start to handover.
• Proficient in QA/QC documentation
  , ISO standards, and quality systems.
• Strong coordination, inspection, and reporting capabilities.
• Must be based in the UAE and available to provide salary slips or SOA prior to final interview.
• Consistent employment history with reputable companies.
• UAE experience is mandatory
