Project MEP Manager

Responsibilities
  • Lead planning and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing projects, ensuring compliance and coordination with stakeholders while managing procurement and technical documents.
  • Lead MEP design and installation, manage project planning and budgets, ensure compliance with standards, and mentor junior engineers.
  • Lead and manage MEP activities, ensuring compliance with local authority requirements, project schedules, and quality control while coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • Lead Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing project operations, ensuring compliance, stakeholder management, and quality control across large-scale construction projects.
  • Manage MEP systems, oversee project activities, ensure compliance with standards, and coordinate training for team members while optimizing resources.
  • Facilitate collaboration among mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams, manage project schedules, conduct quality inspections, and coordinate procurement for MEP systems.
  • Seek skilled workers for MEP systems installation, maintenance, and repair, with knowledge in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, ensuring safety and quality.
  • Develop MEP design plans, conduct load calculations, collaborate with stakeholders, and utilize AutoCAD and Revit for optimal project execution.
  • Lead HVAC design and execution, manage project coordination, ensure quality control, and support commercial matters for mechanical systems.
  • Prepare billing, perform quantity take-offs, handle cost analysis, and support management with reports; requires Mechanical Engineering degree and MEP systems knowledge.
  • Lead procurement for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing projects, negotiate contracts, analyze data, and support project teams with strong technical and negotiation skills.
  • Oversee MEP project planning and execution, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgets, requiring a degree in engineering and project management certification.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and cost estimation for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, collaborating with project teams and utilizing estimation software.
  • Develop and manage 3D models of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems using Revit, ensuring design accuracy and collaboration with project teams.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules for MEP systems, analyze progress, collaborate with engineers, and prepare reports, requiring a Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications.
  • Conduct site inspections, review MEP drawings, ensure compliance with standards, and coordinate with teams while possessing a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Lead MEP engineering team, manage project budgets and schedules, ensure compliance with building codes, and require a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
  • Manage MEP systems from design to commissioning, ensuring compliance and efficiency while providing technical expertise and leadership in project execution.
  • Responsible for leading MEP engineering activities in healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with standards, and managing project execution and coordination.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 15-20 years of experience in MEP project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering (or related).
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and estimation software.
  • Experience in managing procurement, cost analysis, billing, and quantity take-offs.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of local authority requirements, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Project management certification preferred.
