Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer with an Electro-Mechanical background to join our HVAC operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for design review, installation supervision, coordination, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and electro-mechanical systems across commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities- Review HVAC and electro-mechanical drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Supervise installation of HVAC systems including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, VRF/VRV systems, and ventilation
- Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and civil teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local authority regulations, and safety standards
- Prepare material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and system handover activities
- Monitor site progress, quality control, and resolve technical issues
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and suppliers as required
- Support estimation, value engineering, and cost control activities when needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience in HVAC / Electro-Mechanical projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, MEP coordination, and site execution
- Familiarity with UAE building codes and authority approvals (DM, DEWA, ADDC, etc.) is preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of HVAC design software is an advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
