Key Responsibilities      Assist the Resident Engineer in administering daily site operations and deputize when required    Ensure full understanding and compliance with contract documents and assigned scope of works    Supervise contractor works to achieve required construction quality and operational standards in accordance with contract requirements    Participate in contract administration activities and support contractual compliance    Review contractor submissions including shop drawings, method statements, and technical documents    Provide on-site direction and issue site instructions as required    Supervise site inspection staff and coordinate their daily activities    Measure and verify work completed on site    Monitor and enforce site safety practices in line with project requirements    Monitor quality of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with specifications    Track construction progress against approved schedules and programs    Prepare progress reports for submission to project management    Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper maintenance of as-built drawings    Ideal Profile      Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering    Minimum 12 years of post-graduate experience in site supervision and construction management of major infrastructure or community development projects in the UAE, preferably Dubai    Strong experience in civil supervision of road works and general infrastructure projects    Sound knowledge of contractual relationships and contract administration practices    Fully computer literate with ability to use project-specific engineering and construction software    Excellent written technical reporting skills and strong verbal and written communication skills in English    Why Join Us      Opportunity to work on large-scale roads and infrastructure projects in Dubai    Site-based engineering role with strong exposure to construction supervision and contract administration    Professional environment within a globally recognized engineering consultancy    Long-term career development across infrastructure and urban development programs    About the Company  Parsons Corporation is a global engineering, construction, and professional services organization delivering complex infrastructure, transportation, and development projects worldwide.
