Aftersales Technical Support Specialist

The Aftersales Technical Support Specialist provides advanced technical assistance to service centers and dealers to ensure accurate diagnosis, effective repair solutions, and high aftersales service quality for iCAUR vehicles. This role acts as a technical expert, supporting complex cases, improving repair efficiency, and ensuring compliance with iCAUR technical standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex vehicle repair and diagnostic issues
- Support dealers and service teams with root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Handle technical escalations, including repeat repairs and critical customer cases
- Assist with warranty technical evaluations and failure analysis
- Support the implementation of technical service bulletins (TSBs), recalls, and service campaigns
- Deliver technical training and guidance to service personnel as needed
- Collect and analyze field technical data to support product quality improvement
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, and aftersales teams on technical feedback and resolutions
- Ensure compliance with iCAUR service and repair standards
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in automotive technical support, diagnostics, or service engineering in UAE
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics tools, and repair processes
- Experience with OEM aftersales systems, warranty processes, and technical documentation
- Ability to analyze technical data and resolve complex problems efficiently
- Good communication skills to support and train dealer/service teams
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Experience with EV or new-energy vehicles is a plus
