Mechanical Engineer

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems within construction fit-out projects. This role involves ensuring that all mechanical components, such as HVAC systems, plumbing, and fire protection, meet industry standards, regulations, and project requirements.

• Design and specify mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers to determine mechanical system requirements.
• Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and coordinate installations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams during construction.
• Ensure compliance with local and international codes and standards.
• Conduct energy efficiency assessments for mechanical systems.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to mechanical systems design and installation.

Ability to design and specify mechanical systems for interior fit-out projects.

• Experience in evaluating mechanical systems' performance and efficiency.
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials related to mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in design and documentation.

Minimum 5 years' of experience in mechanical design within the construction industry.

• Proven track record of designing and overseeing mechanical systems in fit-out projects.
• Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors for mechanical installations.
