Junior Quantity Surveyor - MEP

Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor with expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in cost estimation, budgeting, tender preparation, and contract administration for MEP projects.

• Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for MEP projects
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine and document quantities and scopes of work
• Support in preparing tender documents, including bills of quantities and pricing
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with specifications
• Assist in contract administration, including preparing variations and claims

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of MEP systems and construction practices
• Proficiency in quantity take-off and cost estimation techniques
• Familiarity with relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Knowledge of MEP systems

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
